Question / Help Artifacting on Window Capture

hey guys I have an issue whilst trying to capture any type of window using OBS on mac, this has been occurring for several months now and I had moved over to just using the Elgato Game capture Software, but I could much rather use OBS as it gives me more I can do with my streams.

Window capture performance is just bad in MacOS. Suggest either using Syphon if possible (if you're on High Sierra or earlier and capturing an OpenGL app) or Display capture source, cropped to the window you want.
