Hi all,
I've got a 1080p60 @Medium encoder stream running at a 5500kbps bitrate.
If you start at 00:26:10 in this video there is a noticeable grain when panning around and moving.
What I'm trying to determine is are there filters / tweaks / Tune or other x264 settings that I can drill down into that you think would help make the image less grainy? I understand this much foliage can be a bear to try to render correctly. I'm not expecting crystal clarity - I'm just trying to improve.
I'm reading up on de-noising options available to x264 - but half this battle is understanding exactly what rabbit hole I should be going down to try and tweak this stream.
Any ideas are welcome - just learning where I should be looking and exactly what terms I should be using or thinking about when talking about this topic would be awesome.
