Are multiple streams possible on 1 machine?

Has anyone set up multiple OBS streams from a single machine? I stream recorded files, but it looks like OBS can only handle 1 stream at a time so that a separate VPS is required for each stream.

I'm using Linux so I think there's a workaround where I can install OBS more than once on 1 VPS. Does anyone know how?

The use of OBS on a VPS is not supported.

For anyone interested, I discovered that the answer is yes it's possible to run more than 1 livestream with OBS by running it under multiple user profiles on a single machine.

Hello, GNO
Could you share the way how you made multiple streams?

Thanks.

I have 24/7 music streams from pre-recorded files so my livestreams aren't really live. So setting up multiple users profiles in the Operating System should give you separate access to OBS so that you can initiate a stream (from files) under each profile.

I am still troubleshooting how to do this by streaming a YouTube playlist. The VLC YouTube Playlist parser plugin doesn't seem to be working, so I'm trying to figure out if there's a workaround in OBS.
