Are either of these Macs suitable?

Would either of the below Macs be any good for recording tutorials (capturing desktop running some simple apps - no gaming) and/or streaming to YouTube using OBS?

My setup would be:
- One of the below mac
- Sony A6400 captured via CamLink 4K
- External microphone captured vis usb or an audio interface


(1) 2013 MacPro6,1 with 3.7 ghz quad-core, 12gb RAM with 2 x AMD FirePro D300 graphics cards
(2) 2020 Macbook pro with 2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, 16 GB 3733 RAM and Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB
