So I have a PC with the following specs
16gb ddr4 ram
i5 13600k
Arc 750
I want to record gameplay footage at 1080p 60 fps, but I feel like no matter what settings I use it looks bad and a little "fuzzy". I have bit rate set to 20,000, using quick snyc av1 encoding, CQP set to 16, target usage "quality".
Am I doing something wrong or what?
