Application Window Too Large

Hello,
I have used OBS successfully on other devices for months, but am having issues after installing on my work laptop. The OBS program window is too large. I want to snap the program to the right half of my screen, but the narrowest I can get it is about 2/3 of the screen. Even dragging from the side to shrink the width doesn't get it any narrower. To further illustrate the issue, when I go into OBS settings, the bottom with the OK/cancel/apply buttons extends below my taskbar, so I have to drag down the top to resize, then pull it up to click. My Windows display is set at its highest resolution, 1366x768. Windows display scaling is at 100%. This could just be a Windows issue, but I don't have trouble resizing any other programs. I would appreciate any advice you may have.
Thanks,
Phil

Yeah it would be really nice if I could make the application half screen. Why does OBS refuse to let me put discord on half the screen? How do I fix this annoying feature from taking up more screen space than I want it to?

Okay after 15 minutes of being pissed off, I moved the stats panel to literally anywhere else on the application, and it stopped forcing the program from being too big for half screen.

It works alright if you put it under stream info or Stream chat. But, it's really annoying that Stats won't go smaller than it is. I don't need it to take up so much space. I just need the info LOL
