Application crashing after latest update

Hello, I've had multiple crashes today after updating to the latest version - I have since uninstalled my plugins as well as done a fresh OBS install and now it either won't open at all, will open but immediately freeze, will open and work until I click the settings button when it then crashes, or it will open in my task manager list but won't actually be on the screen. I have also had a few times where it opens fine and then when I go to close it I will get a crash.

Attached two recent crash reports that show different reasons for the crashes, as well as my most recent session log

I've been looking through the forums and doing googling and I'm really stuck with where I can go from here, so if anyone can shed light on this I will be so grateful!

Update to say I ended up rolling OBS back to 30.2.3 and it works fine, reinstalled all my plug ins and they are all working as well. I'm so confused why the new version wasn't working properly for me so I might wait until another couple of updates until I try upgrading to a newer version again

Both these crashes includes NVIDIA based audio filter (likely "Noise Suppression"). New OBS has new implementation for this filter. There were other reports of similar origin (each involves new "nv-filters.dll"), some are triggered twice:

There is suggestion to try to update effects SDK from NVIDIA (exact post from the link above):

I think this issue can be reported to:
