Application Audio Capture not capturing all audio when process has multiple mixer entries

Sea of Thieves shows twice in the Windows mixer. I believe one of these is for audio communication for your crew-mates. OBS appears to pick up the game audio and other crews talking in game, but fails to pick up the audio from my crew-mates. I'm assuming the multiple mixer entries is the root of the issue.
