Application Audio Capture (Beta) - Not appearing

Hello,
First off, I am on Windows 10 and using OBS 29.1.3 (latest version). I have been trying separate game audio from discord audio using the Application Audio capture (Beta). However, it does not even appear in the list of sources. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling OBS but the issue still remains.

You need newer OS. The feature available since Windows build 19041 (version details: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10_version_history).
