Hello!
I have found a solution in using the Apple VT H264 Hardware Encoder smoothly,by setting the keyframe to 2(Read it in this unrelated manual,though).
Some questions though:
1.What does limit bitrate do?
2.What does Use B-Frames do?
3.Is it suitable for streaming?
Here's a screenshot I took just now.Info:
Video bitrate:4000
Audio bitrate:112
