Question / Help Anyway to delete background and keyboard noise?

Ok, so I use OBS Studio to stream, and when I stream I have an incredible amount of background noise, from my keyboard, my mouse, and just plain sounds from outside my window or in my room. In discord, there is a setting for "Input Sensitivity," which I configured correctly, so pretty much all the background noise is gone, but I can't find anything like this in OBS. I would love to know how other people fix this issue. I really want to get back into streaming, but because of how loud my new keyboard is, I can't, until I fix this. Please help!!

Have you tried the "Noise Suppression" filter?

Just label your stream with something like "mechanical keyboard ASMR" and you're good to go! [/sarcasm]

On a more serious note... Try the Noise Gate filter or, as @Simes suggested, the Noise Suppression filter.
