Question / Help anytime I stream it's lag city? any suggestions?

Even before I start streaming obs lagged whatever that is showing on my screen. I've tried streaming through one cast for Xbox games through obs and it's a bit less laggy then trying to stream strictly streaming pc games like fornite or rs3. plz, help. I've attached my log

Hi! Try to set base canvas resolution to 1280x720 in Video settings. That fixed mine.
And instead of Window Capture, use Display Capture, then just full screen your window.

Thanks for the reply! Any recommendation for downscale filter or does that no matter? And I'm assuming to use this properly you need a 2nd monitor?
