I'm trying to stream Rocket League with a decent not amazing gaming PC.
EVGA 1050 ti, 24 GB DDR3 Ram, AMD FX-6300 6 Core 3.5 GHz.
Everything is fine CPU usage is low, frame rate is good kbs is stable at about 3000 until the moment I click on Rocket League and it drops to 20-150 MAX kbs and frame rate drops to 0! Nothing else changes CPU same ram is NOT maxing out nothing... I'm streaming at 30 fps with a web cam I already down scaled to 720 please help. Twitch inspector is telling me to check my internet but I don't think that is the problem. I have bit rate set at 3000. I've also attached a stream log.
