The users and solution solvers on this forum are mostly all volunteers. Most have lives outside of OBS so sometimes a question doesn't get answered as quickly as one would like.
For a free program and a good one at that, the support here is better then most paid programs...
Be patient, post your problem again and make note it's a double post...Be nice, be patient...

I am a regular forum user, and I see one other post by you from yesterday, but none from a Thursday. Since your post is barely readable with that dark purple letters and it's not clear what issue you might have with non-OBS software components I don't know, I'm not able to answer.
Now where I read it again, I see you complain about the delay of your webcam. Usually, the display of a webcam in OBS is instant. If you experience a delay of a few seconds, it may be due to the webcam device not directly connected to your PC but being a virtual device, and the actual camera is in a different device, for example a smartphone, and the video is transferred via network. In this case, the delay is caused by the network transfer and by the virtual webcam device. Not by OBS itself. Usually, a small delay is unavoidable, but the actual amount of seconds is dependent on the virtual webcam software you use.
