Anyone here have experience with Voice Meeter?

I'm getting an awful audio echo with my mic when I use it with OBS. But only when I run another program like Star Trek Online.

Hi I'm new to OBS, but looking for some basic help on understanding: OBS, Windows 11, and Voice Meeter (Sources and Output). I guess just daisy chaining them all together seems to be a real bother. Where and how these programs work exactly. Best wishes. Sounds like you're a bit lost like I am.
