Anyone experience issue where WIndows July update has caused audio to quit working in OBS? browser is working properly but OBS out and monitoring not

i never had such an essue to find the problem with audio...
non of audio from OBS working. also monitoring... i lost audio after the latest windows updates
please reply if anyone has the same issue
