Question / Help Anyone can help me with the best OBS settings?

Can anyone please help me with the best settings for streaming and recording at the same time. My my PC specs are: -
Graphics: Geforce GTX 1080 8GB
CPU: intel Core i5 8400 2.80GHz 6 cores
Ram: 16GB DDR4 1200MHz
SSD: 250 GB
HDD: 2TB

I tried it but the stream lags and i get screen tearing in the game.
