Hello im new to use OBS i need to check great settings for obs recording if u can tell me i will be very happy

Thats my pc stats: Photo 1(PC STATS) Photo 2 (Internet Stats)

I cant undersand what setting i need for 1080p 60 fps ,in came work all for high or insane ,

Can you please just mess with the settings and record for a few minutes/seconds and then post your log please?
To post your log after you record, you go to the help tab on the top of the screen and go to log files drop arrow. Then you click on the upload current log file and send the link please!

A quick google search will show recommended bitrate ranges for H.264 streaming and various resolution and framerates. All of them are well under the upload rate your screen shot showed. But that upload rate isn't constant... so beware.. know to avoid WiFi, etc.
