Question / Help Any way to use Quick Sync without Fake Monitor?

Borderless Window Games (Warframe) have Massive Frame Stutters/Freeze Frames caused by the Fake Monitor I need to set up for Quick Sync to work.

Since I mostly record x264 and Stream QS at the same time.
In Full Screen games it doesn't seem to be a Problem, but some games only have Fake Full Screen Options AKA Console Port.

So what can I do?

The only Alternative I have is AMD VCE I guess, but it has trouble to Stream 60FPS (QS hadn't that Issue)
And I can't lower the FPS because it would affect my Local Recording.

So any Ideas?

Newer intel CPU's do not need a virtual monitor.

Just make sure the iGPU is set to enabled in the BIOS(Sometimes it says "Enable multi-monitor") and install the iGPU driver.

Define new.
I have a i7-4790k and the newest Driver.
And there is no Log for the reason that the Frames Freeze/Stutter happen without OBS being active.
Only the Fake Monitor was, and after "removing it" it went back to normal.
According to my BIOS iGPU is enabled and I was able to stream with Fullscreen games.
I may phrased my question wrong, Will edit it.

Edit: Just researched a little more, seems it is not possible in Win7 but only With Win8/10 that would be kinda sad.

If you're on Windows 7 then the fake monitor trick is required. (There may be a separate limitation with Sandy Bridge CPUs but I haven't checked into this.) For your 4790K you'd just need to update to something newer than Windows 7.
