I would like to keep it at 1080p 60fps. I tried lowering the bitrate, but it started to get a bit to pixelated. My streams right now is running so poorly on my Laptop. Sample with current setup below.

Laptop Specs
i5-1035G1 CPU @
1.00GHz
1.19 GHz
8.00 GB (7.80 GB usable)

OBS settings:
these might now be the correct settings that i have but i am not sure what you would need
Balanced
1080p
60fps
6000 kbs

You need at least 8GB more of RAM. Without it, you can't do 1080p.
Make sure the power managment in windows is set to hi8gh performance and the laptop is always connected to the power supply.
YUV mode must be 709/partial. Please don't follow directions on videos done for really old OBS versions.

Please run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change anything.
Restart OBS (!important)
Now test as is.

If all goes well, you're done.
You may notice you can't do 1080p, so try 720p or less at 60 fps or 30 fps.

Your laptop has a resolution of 1366x768. You cannot build a native 1920x1080 stream out of window and game captures with this resolution, because Windows and any game on that laptop doesn't render beyond 1366x768.

All you do by trying 1920x1080 is scaling up the resolution, resulting in bad quality. Your best compromise between system constraints and quality is to use a canvas resolution of 1366x768 and output resolution of 1280x720. That's slightly downscaled, but that's a standard streaming resolution. Depending on the streaming provider, you can as well try to directly stream 1366x768.
Also set Settings > Advanced > Video > Color Range back to Limited, that's the default and best value for your system.

OK thanks for the advice and helpful information but i got another question with these settings you provided me will it affect my delay? Because whn i stream on whatever patform i use theres always a delay and i do see many streamers do streams with no delays.

As far as I know, buffer sizes will affect delay, and resolution or color settings not.

I'm sorry, but I'm the guy who generally recommends to use default settings. Don't tinker with network settings except you know exactly what you do. If you don't have a stable network connection to your streaming server, changing settings might result in unstable streams. What's worse, unstable streams or a slightly larger delay?

Una computadora portátil con las mismas características funcionará para transmitir en 1080p 60 fps, para transmitir doble PC usaré la capturadora el gato HD60S ? Mi PC de juego será una Ryzen con RXT 3050
