Any fix for Scheduler LocalHost error?

I have followed the installation video for the Scheduler addon... but when I get to http://localhost:8080/ in the web browser but I get the 404 error.
I have seen old posts from a few years ago on this issue, but have not come across any threads with the fix for this issue.
Any thoughts? Thanks
