Anti-Aliasing is being removed from Browser Source Text

Does anyone have any idea what would be causing this? The anti-aliasing is being removed from text in any browser source.

The same thing happens to me, I downloaded OBS to replace the NVIDIA ShadowPlay crap that has a ridiculously high bitrate and forces me to reduce the weight of all my videos
If the same doesn't happen in games, I suppose this program can be used, although the bitrate rate also works horrible here, at least I can choose a little less
