Anti aliasing in games causes refresh rate/framerate to drop

I've recently downloaded ArmA: Cold War Assault and Max Payne and Max Payne 2 from Steam. I've been pulling my hair for a while but i have succesfully identified the problem. If those games have anti aliasing enabled (doesn't matter if taht's and in-game option or nvidia controll pannel) the second OBS starts to capture the footage, the frames/refresh rate drops to like 10. I used to play and stream those games atleast a year ago and had no problems at all.
Here's the logfile - https://obsproject.com/logs/VMbIE3-Iktrx_Mhw
This seems to be a problem with older games. Only newer titles i have installed are PUBG and Tarkov and they work fine. I didn't change anything. I have the same OBS settings for like three years now and i have a 2 PC setup. There is nothing that can compromise my system performance. This has to be an OBS issue because like i said - i had no problems with those games before and i always update OBS whenever the popup shows.
