On Tuesday we ran a school board meeting production with three HD-SDI c
ameras on BM Duo 2 card with integration of voicemeeter and Zoom.
We screen captured Zoom (would be nice if there was a camera feed from there instead, like what
UBS gives to Zoom) , with scenes like these:
-Cameras full screen
-Zoom inset on our wide shot
-Main camera inset on a Zoom full screen to put presenter on top of Zoom presentation
Audio took a while to figure out, needed converence mics and zoom heard in the room,
Zoom needed just the room mics, and the streaming/recording needed a mix of both.
So, Room audio was brought into Voicemeeter mixer via a USB interface, and
Zoom sent its audio into a Voicemeeter virtual input.
Voicemeeter send the mix to the USB interface, providing a low latency mix to the PA.
Zoom picked up a virtual output of just the room mics, and UBS picked up a mix of room and Zoom audio. from another virtual output.
OBS sent monitor audio on the windows mixer where the quality of the stream audio could
be checked. Recording was highquality and streaming to Youtube in 1080p 6500 kbps.
The i7 w/ GFX 1050ti machine barely broke a sweat.
It was a flawless production.
I am now a supporter. Minimum, but its a start...
Keep up the great work.
