Another one of those "OBS lagging" posts

Hey how's it going, this is pretty much my last resort. I've at this point tried so many settings and watched so many youtube videos to the point where it's almost exhausting.

No matter what I do, my ingame FPS will be stable around 400 FPS in Overwatch but there will always be either small amount of lag in the stream or extreme amounts of lag. And I have no clue how to fix it.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6-Core Processor, 4,6Ghz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (3200Mhz) (4x8GB)
MOBO: ASUS ROG Strix X570E-Gaming
CPU Cooler: Asus ROG RYUJIN 240
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070
PSU: Corsair HX750 Platinum

I'm on a wired connection with
4 MS / 725 MBits download and 1,000 mbits upload speed.

No matter what settings I roll around with, it's always lagging.

Changing the encoder from x264 to NVENC new new
Changing bitrate from 6000 to 5500
Changing scaled res to 1280
Changing billiniar tot lanczos
Changing preset to main or high
Changing Keyframe to either 2 or 0
Preset from quality / HQ / Performance or M performance
Switching from Streamlabs to OBS Studio
Changing priority from normal to above normal or even high priority
Minimizing the stream preview within Streamlabs
Enabling performance mode.

Nothing seems to help
