This is the MiSTeR main screen. It should just be a full screen of normal TV snow, but in OBS it looks like this:

This doesn't happen using Elgato's Game Capture HD software. I don't understand why there are so many strange issues like this in OBS, but not in Elgato's software. They are both using the same driver and settings.
