I am still having a black screen. It stays black and does not capture the desktop or applications i'm trying to record.

Don't know if any of this will help but..

Windows 10 Home X64
16 GB Ram
I7-10750H
Intel UHD Graphics
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070

Not sure why but after shutting down for the night it began working the next day. So maybe requires a restart after changing settings?
