Animation Lower Thirds

Hi every, I was really anticipating version 28 with a mind that animation lower thirds issues will definitely be fixed ‘cause it makes work easy for us but no fix, things are still the way they were or please is there any remedy yet??
I’ll be very grateful if this could be fixed
