So I am using animated scenes from StreamElements and while I'm in game, whatever scene I have up will drop fps. Say I'm playing Apex Legends and I'm trying to hide my landing, I will throw my Full Cam overlay on and it will drop a TON of fps. But if I Alt+Tab with the same Full Cam overlay on, it will go back to 60fps and be fine. All my animated scenes will do this for any game. Any suggestions?
