Animated Now Playing Widget? - FOR INSTALLED MEDIA PLAYERS, NOT SPOTIFY

I'm trying to see if I can get an animated now playing widget for my stream. Basically when the song changes the widget animates in for a few seconds then animates out and so on.

I know there's plenty of options, but are there any that works locally installed media players? Not VLC sources or ones that work only with Spotify and other sites?

Someone suggested me this plugin that works with Foobar2k, but I found it to be extremely confusing to set up.

I can't use Tuna because it requires the VLC Media Source, and that doesn't even work well for me.
1. I can't listen to it right now, monitor and output is refusing to work for me for some reason.
2. When it did work, I found it extremely delayed from when I hear it to when my stream hears it.
3. Music cuts off and transitions jarringly.

I usually use MusicBee with a now playing plugin to output an image and the titles to a text file. I've been trying to get this plugin working with it but I cannot get it to work at all with the title.

Are there any alternatives that work? Preferably with VLC Media Player (not VLC Source), MPC-HC, or MusicBee. Again, I can't use Tuna. Can't use Zyphen's overlay. Can't use Snip. Can't use anything that's locked down to Spotify/YouTube/VLC Media Sources.

Still on the hunt for this. I found a really good one that works with Spotify, however it doesn't work with local files. It's fine otherwise. I need local file support as there are some songs I play that aren't on Spotify. There's another one that works with local files, however it's too low resolution for my stream. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.
