Animated Lower Thirds Red Panel

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've watched the "OBS Lower Third With Dockable Control Panel - 27.2 UPDATE FIX" video and manually entered the addresses, but I still can't get anything to show. I also can't change the text; the numbered squares grey out every time I try to edit them.

If you have issues with a third party plugin you should contact its dev via the Discussion section on the particular third party plugin page, or where the dev have set for this.
 
If you're going to gatekeep assistance rather than help, the least you could do is give me specifics about where to go.
