Animated Lower Third

Hi.
Havent found this function in obs and also google for it a lot! , but im also new to it :)

Would like to have animated lower thirds as i nativ function.
also if you wanna have name lists or scoreboards.
Found UNO Overlays that has most of it. but then you need internet to make it work etc. but think things like this should be internaly in obs :)
