Animate overlay content

Hello.
Is there a way I can animate an image or video Iive -while I'm streaming-? Say I put a picture, and I want to zoom or pan; then I change the picture and want to pan and/or zoom, and so on.
Also, I want to be able to: add text and animate it as it enters / exits; to change that same line of text live.
This is pretty much for interviews kind of videos, where there's the video / picture of the speaker, images / footage related to what's being said, and text in a lower third with the name of the person and information about the topic.
I'd appreciate that you pointed me to guides of tutorials for this. Thanks.

You need to learn about Studio Mode of OBS. OBS can be run with two preview windows: one is Preview, where you edit sources; other is Program, that is goes to output. Preview content goes to Program on special button click, the button is named Transition.
The name "Program" is standard in the broadcasting industry and has nothing to do with the PC's "application".

OBS tutorials were here (including in-depth video courses):
Help section of the forum (here you can find few words about Studio Mode):
Animations of Transform available in OBS through the third-party plugins (like "Move", "Advanced Scene Switcher"):
Also, there are some scripts for automation:

If you do not need live edits of the same text strings (sources) then you can prepare number of scenes with different texts and switch between them realtime. Of course, you can enter Studio Mode anytime mid stream.
