Question / Help Android Stream note 10+

I'm very new to the scene, I am trying to stream mobile games from my android device. I have the note 10 plus. I've tried every work around I could find, but there always something that isnt compatible or doesnt work properly. I understand that this is a newer android model, but wondering if anyone had any suggestions or could point me in the right direction. Best case scenario so far is the elgato cam link 4k. Everything's works great thru obs, expect the device sound will not some thru the device or headphones. However it randomly will come thru the pc, but then not. Please help. Thanks
