Android mobile

I don't know what you're asking, but just guessing from the title:

No, OBS does not run on Android, or any mobile system, and there are no plans for it either. The reason is mostly performance, plus the need to be a completely separate app to run there. No point in rewriting it to end up with something useless anyway.

Phones and tablets are still surprisingly underpowered compared to desktops and laptops. They do a *little* bit locally, but a lot of that is either "cheating" to stretch the amount of time that it has to work on something without the user noticing, or sending raw data to the cloud and getting the answer back. Neither of which is possible with live media production. Thus, no mobile version of OBS.

If you MUST be mobile, then look at the Mobile Workstation class of laptop. They're thick and heavy, because they have an actual cooling system (not just a token fan), which allows them to keep their published specs indefinitely. The typical thin and light laptops will heat up quickly and throttle back, and then they can't keep up anymore.
