Indeed, I want to run OBS on my old laptop with says it has this graphics adapter

Code:
OpenGL vendor string: Intel Open Source Technology Center
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel(R) 965GM (CL)
OpenGL version string: 2.1 Mesa 20.0.8
OpenGL shading language version string: 1.20
OpenGL extensions:
OpenGL ES profile version string: OpenGL ES 2.0 Mesa 20.0.8
OpenGL ES profile shading language version string: OpenGL ES GLSL ES 1.0.16
OpenGL ES profile extensions:

My OS is

Code:
Linux ubuntutos 4.15.0-189-generic #200-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jun 22 19:53:15 UTC 2022 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS"

And it can not initialize OpenGL context.

I want to hack it to make it work even without video encoding or displaying. I need more practice with OBS interface to prepare myself for the event. I will got more modern hardware on the place. All I need is the interface to start up.

Help.

That I find quite interesting for 18.04. I used Linux Mint 20.2 (Ubuntu 20.04) for OBS on modern hardware. However, on stuff like this, I think this has to do with an old graphics card that doesn't support the requirements for the latest version. That's my guess.

As to this problem, it seems to be an OpenGL requirement issue if I had to guess.
