Question / Help An unspecified error occurred while recording windows 10

Hi I recently installed windows 10 and began having problems recording with OBS. Had no issues previously with win 7. After a few recordings, I get "An unspecified error occurred while recording" dialogue and can no longer record. Sometimes it causes windows to no longer see my hard drive in explorer, thus forcing a restart. I've tried recording to a separate drive, updated OBS to 18, and still having errors. I'm not sure if log files are uploading correctly.

Why are you using custom FFmpeg output? Just a heads up, this functionality is basically unsupported.

Would recommend switching to standard output unless you know exactly why you need it and how to configure it.
