Question / Help 'An Unspecified error occured while recording"

Currently I am having troubles recording locally in OBS. Here is the log file which shows the problem. However I am unable to fix it. I believe it is
[ffmpeg muxer: 'adv_file_output'] os_process_pipe_write for info structure failed
