Question / Help "An unspecified error occured while recording." After AMD driver update. (Log Included)

Hello, everyone. A few months ago I made a post about OBS failing to start recording when using the AMD gpu encoder. Strangely, it randomly started working one day, and I haven't had an issue since. That is until today, I updated my graphics drivers, which I was sceptical about from the start, and now I cannot record using the exact same settings that I used before. I can stream using the AMD encoder just fine, so I'm not sure what the issue could be. I'm not too familiar with the technical side of OBS so if someone with more knowledge on the subject than me can chime in, it would be greatly appreciated.

PC Specs (Shouldn't matter, but might as well):
Intel i5 3470
8gb ram
MSI RX 580 8gb
OBS version 23.1.0

Is anyone able to help me here or do I just accept defeat? Like I said, it worked at one point. The only thing I failed to mention is that I just recently updated from OBS version 18 to the current version, but the fact that I can stream using the same encoder and settings doesn't make much sense to me. I thought it might have something to do with not being able to write to whatever disk I had selected, but I can record fine using x.264..
