HI! generally I use my RTX 2080ti for gaming and integrated graphics to streaming and recording (at same time) using 'quick sync h264' and it works fine.
The problem occurs when i only streaming my old edited content using 'VLC'.
here are some details i think you might want to know:
1. the popup window says "an encoding error occurred while streaming OBS"
2. i have two monitors plunged in to 2080ti, one HDMI one DP.
3. error occurs in random time. but any point within 30 min after start steaming.
4. it is totally fine when streaming and recording at same time.
5. after error occurred, apps like google chrome will be totally black and not respond to any cursor action, but it is easy to close.
