Question / Help An encoder error occurred while streaming ???

Hi out of no where I get this message come up and it stops streaming I don't play cod mw but it happends whilst I play dayz or wreckfest and on my partners account obs runs fine

I have a powerful computer - i9 9900k
2080ti
32gb of ram

can anyone help me please I'm at a loss
