An encoder error occurred while recording

I use OBS to record and encode video in real-time to mpeg4 files. Very helpful when recording depositions and then upload the mpeg4 files to court reporting firms.

Last week I accepted the OBS software upgrade. Since that time I have not been able to record video with OBS. Is there any way I can revert to the previous version of OBS?

I use the Hauppauge PVR Pro 60 to encode the video signal from my camera in real-time to mpeg4.
