Question / Help An encoder error has occurred while streaming?

It crashes when I finish a game in modern warefare while streaming and I dont know why, any ideas?
I am streaming on new nvenc and its a very inconsistent crash it happens after a game while I am loading into the lobby screen but its random, sometimes I can play multiple games before it happens.
