Question / Help AMD VCE - Pixel Lines on Screen

3 month ago i have bought myself a new computer with an AMD R9 290 graphics card. Now i want to record my games with OBS Studio using my GPU. Everything works fine but there is the problem that there are 3 or 4 big pixel lines in the whole video for a certain ammount of time. All settings are very fine and i have even tried to use the normal OBS with a AMD addon with no luck. My friend has the exact same problem with his AMD R9 290X. Do you know what the problem could be and how to fix this? We would be very happy because we do not what to buy a Nvidia graphics card...

Here is one screenshot from these pixel lines, i could not make a better picture because this website does not allow above 1 MB. Do you know the problem why this is happening?

Do you need my settings too?

I had the same issue and it was rectified by not using CBR
