So in the description of any video i recorded it shows me that it is a 60fps video.
The settings in Obs don´t make any difference i could use the best or the lowest,
the quality gets better or worse but it looks still stuttery. Seems like
it doesn´t make a difference if i use x264 or Amd vce.
