Question / Help AMD RX 480 + GTX 750ti encode question

Ok guys its my first post and i need some advice, recently i got RX480 8GB GDDR5 and i formated my pc yesterday so i decided to stream and i got a huge FPS loss streaming and playing Overwatch and World of Warcraft, Smite is fine and Street FIghter V too, when i play OW and WOW off streaming i reach 250 fps in OW and 150 in WOW, and now i was thinking about in Plug my 750ti only to encode with GPU and play with AMD, is it possible? if is its viable? here is my OBS setup.

I plan to run Nvec as encoder and play with AMD its will keep my processor using less than 30% and my AMD run game solo.

I streamed yesterday using VCE and my CPU wont reached 10% but my fps dropped to 22/30 playing WOW and OW

thanks man, i tried to stream with Nvidea card and was "near good" streaming is OK Quality is OK, FPS in OW is 90 now, FPS in WOW is 30, im going to disable some graphics effects.
