AMD RADEON HD 6570 - HARDWARE ENCODER MISSING!!

Hello guys! I googled if I could use my GPU which is AMD RADEON HD 6570 (2GB) as my hardware encoder in OBS, but there's no result in my question. I decided to make my own thread about it. I am using OBS but there are no HARDWARE ENCODER option visible, only x264.

Your GPU is too old. AMD VCE is not present on your card. Earliest implementation is with Radeon HD 7700, but don't ask about performance or quality.
