Question / Help AMD OBS problems

Hi so I've been having issues with OBS lately. I can't record at any settings with my AMD GPU as its too high encoding on any setting. I use Raptr or Bandicam and I have no issues at all. Am I missing something or is OBS the problem? Thank you.

My VCE isn't too slow because with other recording software I can record at 100k CBR with OBS I can't even record at 1k.

I've been using classic and studio. Both of them can't handle my AMD card. Like I said other recording software can handle 100k CBR. I seriously need help because I love OBS.

To 50Mbit per second. Last log says you have 1Mbit per second - it is too low for AMD VCE for 1920x1080@60.

I just uninstalled OBS studio and reinstalled now it's working correctly no high encoding errors at all. I have no idea why since it's the same version but, it works. yay :)

Nvm I was wrong. How is it I can record in 1080p 60 fps with Bandicam at 100k CBR but I can't even record at 30k 1080p 60 fps with OBS... I never had this problem on Windows 8 :/

Without looking at your log, I have the following two setting suggestions (you might already have done them).
OBS currently has a problem with VCE running with constant bit rate, so set it to either constant quality or variable bit rate.
There is also a problem with the setting "low latency (disable frame re-ordering), which is enabled by default, so switch it off.
