Question / Help AMD issues? Do not know what is causing this.

Every time I try to record a video, an error similar to this pops up.

[AMF] [H264]<Id: 27> <Plugin::AMD::EncoderH264::SetRateControlMethod> Failed to set to Latency Constrained Variable Bitrate, error AMF_NOT_SUPPORTED (code 10)

I have updated my AMD drivers to the latest version (18.7.1) on an AMD Radeon(TM) RX Vega 11 Graphics

This is the exact issue I'm having! I so hoped someone had responded to you with a solution. Did you ever figure it out?
