amd hw h264 100% resolution 1440 and 2k

just like title i dont know what happen so this day i install nvidia in as second gpu (my old gpu) 1060 , so i try recording with all encoder quicksync nvenc and amd hw, when try amd hw h264 its very stutter laggy and gpu usage is 100% , BEFORE install nvidia (yesterday) i think its okay nothing wrong

then i uninstall nvidia clean DDU take it off from motherboard still the same amd hw h264 try rollback driver same, WEIRDLY with h265 is very smooth, and only use 30%, AND if i record from adrenaline h264 AVC even with double bitrate of obs (30k bitrate) with 2k resolution the result is smooth

so in all my test bitrate is 15000, other setting default
video setting scales to 1440p

i dont know what wrong maybe when install nvidia driver it got corrupt? even already try reinstall obs restart many times , EVEN i try with other recording software that basically coming from obs (streamlabs, prismlivestudio) the same happen BUT if i use software recording not coming from obs like xsplit broadcaster its very smooth and only 20% usage when recording (with obs 1080P around 70% usage)

so its happen only with obs basically , i dunno whats wrong

UPDATE : weird using custom ffmpeg output all run well with h264_amf and usage only 30% !!!! clearly something wrong with obs version of h264

note : cannot edit post so i add new reply, dont delete please, so now people now if they encounter same problem to use custom FFMPEG output
